The
basic
objective
of
Make
A
Wish
Foundation
is
to
fulfill
the
wishes
of
children
suffering
from
life-threatening
illness.
This
is
a
very
unique
and
noble
concept.
You
will
never
find
that
in
any
other
NGO.
We
have
staffs
that
sponsor
wishes
once
in
a
while.
We
give
opportunity
to
a
staff
to
adopt
wishes
and
be
a
part
of
the
whole
process.
The
roles
are
very
inter
dependent,
so
it
is
an
overall
learning.
It
is
not
that
an
employee
who
works
in
the
program
department
has
no
work
in
resource
mobilization.
It
is
a
very
inter-dependent
and
a
very
small
team
in
our
national
office.
Even
in
divisions
there
are
not
more
than
2
or
3
people.
The
efforts
we
put
in
are
very
collective.
It
is
a
team
effort
and
a
very
creative
and
unique
concept.
All
this
opportunities
are
there
if
any
person
who
