as
an
organization
allows
its
employees
to
have
enough
space
to
experiment
and
to
learn
in
their
own
pace.
To
put
forth
their
ideas
and
let
them
challenge
themselves
in
their
work.
It
is
a
very
unique
thing
because
if
everything
is
perfect
around
you
and
spoon
fed
to
you,
then
it
becomes
very
uninteresting.
The
environment
and
culture
if
you
see
in
the
organization
is
like
of
a
family.
There
is
hierarchy
system
in
our
organization
but
the
leadership
is
shared.
Everyone
is
included
in
decision-making.
All
the
decision
are
taken
in
group,
like
we
sit
together,
talk
about
things,
discuss,
and
put
forward
our
ideas.
The
leaders
of
our
organization,
from
our
board
to
chief
executive
to
administration
or
program
level
head,
all
are
always
encouraging.
Everyone’s
opinion
is
respected.
The
organization
is
very
safe
and
respectful
to
the
women
workers.
One
will
never
feel
that
their
inputs
are
undermined
or
underestimated.
So
many
times
over
the
years
people
have
been
frustrated
in
Seva
Mandir
and
left.
But
after
some
time
they
return
back
to
us
from
the
other
organization.
They
realized
that
in
other
organization
there
was
absence
of
values,
respect.
