Smile foundation is based on a working module of corporates. Here we follow the latest work culture which is very participatory, progressive and employee oriented. Smile foundation is based on an established work module, which not only provides job security to an individual but also career growth unlike the organization which is based on implementing outside projects.

Besides that there are few HR practices that we follow very religiously in our organization. We have a dedicated environment here in Smile Foundation and each and every person is involved in the process of decision making. It is a very democratic environment that we have built upon. We build that participatory work culture as it gives growth to an organization and as an individual in a systematic manner and scientifically designed system.
We have latest practices of appraisal i.e. 360 degree which we conduct twice in a year. It is a democratic way to identify the future leaders of the organization. We have exposure to multiple subjects in our organization; even we seek the employees to take them to higher studies as it will help them to emerge as a future leader and to grow individually and professionally. The culture is very positive here. We also give training in Smile foundation, we plan around 3 trainings. One is for organization as a whole. These programs would be on team building, inter-personal relationships, departmental inter- relationships, communication skills. All these programs happen once a year or twice a year. We organize according to the needs of everyone. Second is specialized program for each individual, in which he can do his best to perform his job responsibility. Thirdly we organize inter-departmental training program in a year or twice in a year. So the work is more open, where ever there are gaps. It is an opportunity to prove ourselves.
