Apart from that all the individuals working at CSA are professionals. We are working or have worked with corporates. We are from multi-cultured and diverse background. Our attempt is to create an atmosphere that is as professional and result oriented as any corporate organization. I believe that NGOs and non- profit organization need to be even more professional because some of the things that we are dealing is very sensitive and are a little hard to measure. Thus it requires more professionalism in the way we approach it.
